Our Founder
Jiaqi Qian
Media Leveling LLC was founded by Jiaqi Qian, a visionary leader with a bold commitment to justice and fairness in business. With extensive experience in digital operations, data strategy, and process optimization, Jiaqi recognized the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in a market dominated by large enterprises.
Jiaqi holds dual Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Project Management, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Salesforce Administrator, and over 20 professional Digital Marketing certificates. Her leadership roles at Spectrum Brands, Media Monks, and Kepler Consulting have honed her expertise in digital transformation.
Driven by a passion to level the playing field, Jiaqi established Media Leveling LLC to provide SMEs with the digital media strategies and support they need to thrive.
