Ann Gaylord Bags is an emerging E-commerce light luxury designer store with a unique offering. Originating in Baltimore, MD, and infused with strong styling from the Philippines, Ann Gaylord Bags combines trendy design with sustainability and quality. Each design embodies these incredible qualities, reflecting the founder's vision.

As a new business, founder Ann is on a mission to establish website credibility and create a digital space that warmly welcomes new customers to explore and convert. Ann found it challenging to drive qualitative and quantitative traffic. She aspires to craft a website that not only highlights the brand story but also provides customers with a seamless and branded experience. Ann aims to challenge the brand website to be as highly differentiated and exceptional as her designs, championing positivity and justice in every aspect.

Our approach

Branded Content 

Brand Voice with A Personality - We worked with Ann and identified the brand uniqueness in design, founding story, and brand vision. The tone of the brand voice was then carried through the entire website for every element of the content. The content on the website was immediately live again.

PDP Design That Differentiates - With the customer in mind, we workshopped with Ann to design the product detail pages (PDPs) that informs the customers the information that they are looking for. The PDP also includes key words that will enable the pages to be resurfaced to the search. See an example showing the before and after: 

Brand Page with Intention - brand story is how we educate the customers what makes our brand unique. This is the page that makes the brand alive. This is the page that we give life to a brand. Through intentional discussions and discovery, we worked with Ann to understand her deepest inspiration and desire that created the brand. We learnt that Ann Gaylord Bags was founded to create handcrafted handbags from natural wood and fibers from the Philippines—materials that the founder of Ann Gaylord Bags has known since childhood. Inspired by her desire to mix and match, the handles and decorations are fully interchangeable! How lovely.
